Solanke however is on the immediate list and, after struggling to break into the Liverpool side, is likely to be on the move next month.
But Rangers face competition from Premier League sides Wolves and Huddersfield for the former Chelsea ace.
Solanke, 21, won his first England cap against Brazil in November 2017, but he hasn’t played a single minute for Liverpool this season.
