As reported by,

West Ham attacker Michail Antonio is someone struggling to make an impact under manager Manuel Pellegrini and seems to have taken a step backwards since the summer.

The 28-year-old winger has become mainly used as a substitute for the Hammers and his only goal came in the 8-0 demolition of Macclesfield in the Carabao Cup.

According to Sky Sports, Crystal Palace were considering a £15million move for Antonio in the summer transfer window and West Ham could have listened to offers in that region.

The Englishman remained with at the London Stadium and it would be a surprise to see any club return with £15million interest for him based on current form.

Antonio joined West Ham for £7million (Sky Sports) back in 2015 from Nottingham Forest and as it stands they would be lucky to make a profit on him if he was moved on.

Antonio is still under contract until 2021 with the Londoners and there should be opportunities to break into the side given the long-term injury to Andriy Yarmolenko.

But he’s been a victim of his own flexibility at times, as he’s been deployed as a wide man, centre-forward and even right-back during his time in the Premier League.
