as reported in dailyrecord.co.uk,
Rangers’ trip to Tenerife has been more work than play but Steven Gerrard‘s players were finally allowed a little down time in their final few hours on the holiday isle today.
After being put through a punishing routine which even led to defender Joe Worrall being sick at the side of the training ground earlier in the week, Gerrard’s troops were seen relaxing this afternoon.
None more so than star man Alfredo Morelos who was spotted mingling with revellers at the popular Kaluna Beach Club.
The Rangers star was pictured with a group of female fans as they lapped up the rays.
Morelos – the Scottish Premiership’s top scorer – had allegedly been taunted by Celtic fans earlier in the afternoon with one confronting the Colombian with a Hoops towel before being ‘kicked out’ of the club.
But the 22-year-old appeared in good spirits as he posed for photos.
Morelos is expecting to be a target for clubs in the January transfer window after hitting 20 goals in 36 appearances this season.

He said last month: “It’s very likely there are several teams looking at me and that there will be offers, but there is nothing concrete yet.”
But Steven Gerrard insists the player is “going nowhere”.
